Back to School Recipes: Pizza-dilla

Combine two kid favorites and what do you get? A delicious and nutritious pizza-dilla! A perfect healthy school lunch altnerative that the kids can help make too!

What You'll Need

1 flour tortilla
1 tablespoon of pizza sauce
1/4 cup of partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of chopped green peppers


Top the tortilla with sauce and remaining ingredients; fold tortilla into half. Wrap using plastic wrap.

Serve either cold or place onto a microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH for 15 to 20 seconds or until mozzarella starts to melt. Wrap in foil in order to keep warm.

Tip: Serve with an apple or banana and with unsweetened fruit juice or milk.
