Mother’s Day Recipes: Easy Fruit Salad

So quick and easy, yet fabulously fresh and healthy, this salad is sure to please.

 

  • 2 cups apples, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon

Combine all the fruit and walnuts in large bowl. Fold in the yogurt and the sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently stir the salad just before serving.
