Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Perfect for lunch and great for dinner – just serve with a salad.
- 8 slices white or whole wheat bread
- 8 slices Swiss Cheese
- 8 tbsp soft butter
- 4 cooked deli chicken breast slices, thick
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 slices deli ham
1. Butter one side of each bread slice and spread the sour cream on the other side of each slice.
2. To make the sandwiches, place one slice of cheese on the sour cream side of the bread followed by a chicken breast slice, ham slice, another slice of cheese and then a second slice of bread, sour cream side down, buttered side up.
3. Over medium heat, warm a small pan. When pan is heated, add sandwich and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted. Slice sandwich in half and serve.
