Chocolate Drops
If you’re looking for something sweet that doesn’t require baking, then here’s the treat for you.
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- ¾ cup powdered milk
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Combine the butter and chocolate in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Beat in the corn syrup, powdered milk, vanilla extract and 2 cups of the sugar until dough stiffens.
3. Use the remaining cup of confectioner’s sugar to sprinkle over your clean work surface. Remove dough from bowl onto work surface and knead.
4. Once all the sugar that was on the work surface has been worked into the dough, roll the dough into small logs (or any other shape you like), wrap it in wax paper and serve or store it in the refrigerator so you can serve them later.
