Easy Easter Pie
Here’s a pie that is so easy and quick, it will have everyone thinking you spent hours preparing it!
- 1 6oz graham cracker crust
- ¾ cup milk
- 8oz softened cream cheese
- 1 package instant pudding and pie filling, vanilla
- 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups non-dairy whipped topping
- Chocolate eggs, jelly beans or other Easter candy
1. Using a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy.
2. Slowly, beat in the condensed milk until the mixture is smooth.
3. Next, beat in the milk and pudding mix using a low speed on your mixer.
4. When the mixture is smooth, pour or spoon half of it into the pie crust.
5. Spread your chocolate eggs or other Easter candy evenly over the filling before pouring or spooning in the rest of the filling.
6. Let the pie chill for 3 hours before serving.
