my daughter hates vegetables. do you know a yummy vegetable dish?

french fries?

one of my kids like steamed vegetables with butter sauce... a bit rich but you can use unsalted butter instead.

picky eaters will soon grow out of this phase. just give her time she will get tired of eating the same thing and ask for different kinds of food. espeically if she sees you eat vegetables!

mashed potatos is always a hit in our house. all the kids love it.

hmmm... our vegetables are usually steamed or lightly fried in butter as a side dish. and all kids love mashed potatoes so you should try that!

i dont know a lot of vegetable dishes kids like but we always have veggies on the table and kids like to immitate. so perhaps if she sees you eating veggies she will learn to like it too.

veggies are not really loveable. but give her some time and she will grow to like it. especially if you give her some now and then.

i remember i used to hate veggies too. but when my older sister started to grow taller i became interested in veggies because our mom told me that they would make me grow taller too!

veggies are important so perhaps you can make them some steamed vegetables but top it with some quick melt cheese?

not all kids hate veggies. mine like vegetables. integrate vegetables in their diets as soon as they are able to eat solid food. this way they learn to like vegetables from the start.

thanks you were all helpful. she still hates veggies but I made steamed brocolli and topped it with some melted cheese and she liked the cheese... hahaha!
