Good day all!
i just want to ask for suggestions on how I could feed my son better.
He's a picky eater and at times I have to force him finish his meal... I don't want to be forcing him all the time but I'm worried about his nutrition too... :(

Forcing your child to eat when he isn't hungry is a good way to encourage feeding problems in the future. The best way to prevent feeding problems is to teach your children to feed himself as early as possible, provide them with healthy choices and allow experimentation. Mealtimes should be enjoyable and pleasant and not a source of struggle.

what i do, my 3 year old just loves chicken so i try different types of cooking like minced chicken with vegies, so that my kid wont have the time to separate his food.
