I have learned that dust mites trigger indoor respiratory allergies. I want to know, where do we most likely to find them in the home??

mites live where people spend a long period of time like beds.. washing the sheets thoroughly and using and changing the pillow cases regularly helps in reducing mites.

I think your thinking of bed bugs.

This can be easily avoided by cleaning and vaccuming regularly. If you have bedbugs then changing the sheets regularly can help.

All around the house. They are everywhere. the carpets, sofa, bed, curtains etc. To avoid the allergies you will need to vaccum often and change the sheets once a week. In other words, clean your home regularly.
