can anyone define PROPER nutrition for kids...?
not just the regular veggies and fruits and all that...
i mean like, the whole package... do's and don'ts...
thanks!

your child can eat the regular 3 meals a day and 2 nutritious snack... it's not really about how many times you feed your child but it's more of WHAT you feed them. Avoid too much salt and fatty foods. Also, always include milk in their diet to meet their calcium needs.

my advice for you is to google: "food pyramid" this is a simple yet effective way to ensure that you are adequately nourishing your kids.
