I pay $14 per hour since my babysitter has sitted for my family for 4 years now. |

$15 hourly because our sitter has been with us for a long time and because I have 2 kids and she is also sort of our housekeeper already. So it's a bargain really. I have to give her a raise soon! |

My partner and I have a felxible schedule so one of us is always with the kids. But I do have a baby sitter that comes in regularly just to help either of us. So we pay her $10/hour. |

My company's office has a day-care center on the second floor so I usually leave my kids there since it is more convenient. I also have a babysitter back-up for when my husband and I have engagements. I pay $14 per hour. |

Wow you're all very generous or I'm stingy. I pay $6 per hour or $45 for the whole day. The babysitter I use is 15 years old. I don't use a professional service. |

$6 per hour too. This is the going rate in the neighborhood. So I just follow but I give them a generous tip especially if the kids like them. |

We pay something like $7 per hour but I always give a large tip coz I know how difficult my kids can be. We've had the same baby sitter for almost 10 years now. So far no complaints about the rate. |

For our babysitter, we pay her under $10 an hour. My husband makes sure to pick her up and drive her home. Saves the trouble and fare of riding the bus or train. |
