my daughter seems to be too tired when she comes home from school. she is in the 2nd grade and naps when she arrives from school at around mid-afternoon. are there vitamins to help her get more energy?

how about a 30 minute nap after school? you can wake her up for snacks right after the nap and then get on with homework?

the nap sounds nice. or how about an earlier bed time? around 30 minutes before the usual should give her more energy.

how about multivitamins? i think this will give extra energy.

i like the nap suggestion! this really helps a lot even in adults! i take naps with my kids and feel energized after! so i think this can help your daughter too!

how about vitamin C. this is good not only for more energy but to boost immune system too. my kids take multivitamins everyday.

cherrifer is very good for energy. my kids are very energetic with cherrifer! try it.

i think napping is better as her body and mind is able to "reboot". plus kids grow stronger when they nap!

i remember that my mom used to have us nap before dinner. i think this would work with your daughter.
