My child doesn't like to eat breakfast and I'm worried because it is the most important meal of the day. He just wants to eat chips or biscuits and rarely drinks milk in the morning. Any suggestions on what to do?

have you tried giving him cereal as a substitute for semi-heavy breakfast? you can juggle it with variety slices of fruits and a home-made muffins or an egg omelet will do, just try it! =)

try to ask the child his/her favorite food and look for healthy substitutes or equivalents in order to attract them in eating it. i've tried that when i babysit picky eaters.

I have tried cereals and he easily gets bored with it and finds it tasteless. He likes food that are a little sour not much of the sweets, so chocolate cereals are not attractive to him.

I think it is only a stage and it will just pass when he grows up. How old is he? You can also use the "giving rewards" method if he eats his breakfast.
