I feel so upset and angry for no reason, my husband didn't upset me, I didn't have a bad day, I can't help having this unsettling feeling. I want to be happy but I'm just mad/moody. Help...

did you just gave birth? if so, you are experiencing postpartum disorder. for some reasons aside from having postpartum disorder, the unexplainable mood you have is a result of being so much stressed or drained with what you do at home or back from the office or even by taking care of your kids. sometimes it is the result of feeling insecure that you have been a stay at home mom and social life has been deprived to you.

we generally of female gender are moody or has this mood swings quite often especially during our periods where we experience PMS and it's normal. but if you are experiencing it everyday, that's something you should try to figure it out and take control out of it, mostly that you are family woman now.

Hugs!! Do you need to eat or drink some water? I get like that when I haven't drank enough water or havent ate enough. Or am overtired.

Maybe you need something different. A different routine or new clothes. Sometimes I get angry knowing that I have to do the samething over and over again everyday.

Something that has worked for me is journaling. Get a blank book that you feel comfy with. It can be a fancy blank book or a simple school composition book. Then.. write down anything that comes to mind. Don't worry about spelling, grammar etc. This is for your eyes only unless you choose to share. Draw, scribble, write. There are no rules. This may allow the subconcious to come up and you can see what you are trying to tell yourself. There are no rules to journaling. Although I will suggest you date each entry. If you do this whenever you start to feel down, upset, etc..you may start to notice patterns which you can then deal with.

What about escape through reading a book or watching a movie? I like to space out and not think of anything important that way sometimes.

A nice Marguerita could do the trick! LOL, but that's how I'm feeling right now. Just take a few deep breaths and try not to let things get to you too much (easier said than done!)

are you stressed out all day from your chores and from being a mom? sometimes these activities we have all day long will definitely affect our mood towards others.
