if not all, i think most of us experienced the same thing. there's really a higher chance for us to gain weight when we're pregnant. Anyway, wat i did and i'm still actually doing it is going for a jog for at least 30 minutes to an hour everday. I also dnt eat meals after six. it's really hard at first but it's worth it :) |

it is very important to have discipline... at first i found it hard to control my eating habits.. there were times where in even if i'm already full but just out of sheer craving i still give in to it.. worst part was that most of the food that i really enjoyed eating a lot were those unhealthy ones... |

Diet and exercise. This is the only way I know how to effectively lose weight. You also need to be patient as losing weight does not happen overnight. |

Give yourself time to lose the weight. Do not be pressured into being bone thin again. Remember that you've already given birth and it is normal to be a bit chubby for a while. Eat right, exercise and be active. |
