yeah. i take multivitamins too. im not really particular about vitamin brands because i eat a lot of veggies everyday. im trying to become a peco-vegetarian.

foods like whole grains, such as wheat and oats; wheat germ; leafy green vegetables; sardines; egg yolks; nuts and seeds are rich in vitamin E!!!
