how do you get rid of stubborn varicose veins? i've tried different kinds of creams but it doesn't seem to work? it's really ugly! it has really lowered my already poor self esteem... :(

if this is a problem of yours than that makes us two! My doctor said that there is really no cream that can completely remove varicose veins but there are just ways of minimizing the chances of getting them.

You just really have to avoid standing for long periods. If you cannot avoid it, move your legs, wiggle your toes, or stand up and move around from time to time.

there's no cream that can make varicose veins vanish. Once you have them they're there for life!

While there is no way to make them go away, you can minimize their appearance by avoiding stockings, high heels and putting your legs up every night for a few minutes to relieve pressure.
