I believe that having strong family ties can really make a big impact not just with our child's development but also our own growth. One way that I think can bring that strong bond is to always keep an open communication. Allow your kids to speak up and hear their thoughts... how about you?

i always say that communication is they key that opens a lot of doors. a lot of wars could have been prevented if they talked instead of fought.

Saying i love you is also another way of strengthening your bond. Growing up, we don't say i love you regularly..it was more of an occasional thing to say. Now that I have my own family, i feel that it is helpful to express and say i love you openly to each other.
