potato salad recipe (simple version)

baby potatoes boiled and then halved
carrots diced
onions diced
salt & pepper to taste
sweet pickle relish

easy chicken salad recipe i found on the net:

* 1 can of white meat chicken breast or two cups of cooked, chopped chicken
* 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
* 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (you can use low fat)
* 1/2 cup of blanched almonds
* 1/2 cup of green grapes cut in half
* Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Mix the chicken with all ingredients and chill. Serve with cracker.

i like these recipes very easy to do.

but for some fruit salad you can have some lettuce, grapes, cantaloupe and other fruits you like on a bowl and put in some vinegarette.

my favorite is chicken salad.

white meat chicken breast boiled and cut into shreds
elbow macaroni cooked per instruction
mayo
all purpose cream
raisins (optional)
pineapple tidbits
cheese (optional)
carrots diced

just mix together and voila!
