i have been very particular with my personal things when i was single and now i am married for 2 years with a 3 yr/old daughter (yes, i already have my daughter before i am married), everything is totally different and i find it a bit frustrating that i can't just keep my personal belongings in my own private space. what shall i do? i have been very OC but i just can't seem to see somewhere else to hide or place my stuffs, it seems like i am out of place. :(

somehow, you need to understand that there are things that you need to adjust or change from single to being married. it's way too different now that you are sharing your life with those people who you loved and spend your life with. although we need space for ourselves, i am not saying you should change right away, just take it step by step and try to broaden more your understanding.

you can buy a cabinet of your own where you can place your important stuffs, etc. and lock it up so they won't be able to scavenge it inside.

women are more of the OC rather than men but this is something normal to us especially when we were still single. it's ok to be OC, it's ok to be very particular with your stuffs but also try to minimize this kind of behavior for the sake of your daughter and husband.

i think OC is ok but if you think it's too much, then it's time for you to lay-low a bit and just be sure you are not making any favors with being OC.
