i do love coffee and it is something i can't live without. i have observed that i already have minor palpitations but is still can't control my coffee. is it something that i have to worry about? any alternative remedy for my coffee craving?

that would be a warning for you to slowdown on your coffee intake. try candies with coffee flavor as an alternative, maybe it would help.

coffee candies can't satisfy my cravings. this is a big problem, isn't it? i am trying to control it but it's really hard.

i'm a coffee lover as well and my day would not be as complete as it is without having a cup of coffee every now and then. just recently, i noticed a lot of things like abnormal heart beats and i easily get frightened in which i am so much irritated with it.

coffee is good considering that it is an anti-oxidant and it is almost everybody's self-starter boosting drink for people on the go. but, too much of coffee is another story, it will definitely affect you and especially your heart.

Before I got pregnant I drink 3 cups a day, in the morning, after lunch and at snacks time but when I got pregnant I have to give it up for the baby but it was really a struggle for me. Eventually I got used to it and even controlled my coffee to 1 cup a day. You can minimize it first and gradually reduce the cravings.

hopefully i could control my cravings too. i have been warned by my doctor to avoid further complications which may start with palpitations. just have to be careful now.

switch to decaff. that should take care of the palpitations. remember that coffee is a stimulant.
