I AM CURIOUS OF HOW IS IT BEING A VEGETARIAN. I THINK IT IS DEFINITELY A HEALTHY IDEA AND I AM NOT SURE IF I CAN ACHIEVE IT. I WANT TO BE A VEGETARIAN, ANYONE WHO HAS TIPS ON HOW TO DO IT EFFECTIVELY?

yeah being a vegetarian interests me too but just can't perfect it. there are times like for a week i only eat vegies and it feels good but can't last long, i would still crave for meat.

i really admire vegetarians and how they were able to handle such discipline. it would really take a lot of guts and if you are really serious on it you can do it. it has a lot of benefits for sure.

it's ok to be vegetarian but studies show that not eating lean meat once in a while will keep you out of your dietary balance. you can eat lean meat like fish meat or some of poultry meat once in a while say once or twice every week.

being vegetarian means you are physically fit and you have a healthy heart. your weight is also on the right track and your skin will look healthy too.

a vegetarian may have a longer life span because they have healthier organs. it is not easy being a vegetarian but the benefits are all worth it.

i don't think i can do this but being a vegetarian is indeed a healthy way of living life and it can help us reduce too. how i wish i could become one.
