maybe you need to change soap. something for sensitive skin like neutrogena.

something mild like cetaphill.

maybe you should start sleeping early and reducing stress in your life. i remember my high school dermatoligist telling me that stress and late nights can contribute to skin breakouts and acne.

did you visit a dermatologist? they can prescribe a cream for this.

acne can be itchy and uncomfortable especially since it is in your back. acne is caused by oily skin and clogged pores. maybe a special kind of wash and ointment will solve your problem.

see a doctor so that you can get a prescription for anti-acne medicine.

is it acne or just some pimples? if it is acne then like the ladies said there are acne creams that you can buy over the counter. for pimples i noticed that mine usually go away after a few days. they are part of my pms.

are you still pregnant? you might need to get a prescription for an anti acne cream from your doctor.
