is a lisp considered as a disability? is this treatable?

i dont think so. perhaps there is therapy for this but its not considered as a disability. i know a person who has a lisp and aside from that he is very normal.

im not too sure but perhaps you can seek the help of a speech therapist for this. i think there are exercises you can do to minimize lisping.
