hey mommies, i heard that having german measles can cause complication, does it have any shots so that i wont have it, what are the complications than my baby wil get if ever?

a complete pre natal and following doctors advise are your best options. also be careful with the people you interact with they mighthave the decease.

I dont think you can have the shots while pregnant. But check with your OB if this is an option so that your fears can be eased.

YOu can have shots during pregnancy. Research has shown that there was no damage to fetuses when mothers received the vaccine while pregnant. So I guess you can protect yourself when you are pregnant.

Is this sanctioned by the FDA? I think it is dangerous exposing the fetus to the virus like that!

I think it is better to be safe and have shots the moment you start planning to get pregnant. This way you and your baby are protected from German Measles.
