Hyperactivity is added in ADHD, that's the main difference. As to which is worse, it depends. It's really just case to case basis. But both equally needs appropriate treatment. |

there's hyperactivity in ADHD. with ADD its usually learning disorder coz they are unable to concentrate for very long with whatever it is they are doing. |
