I give vitamin supplements when they start school. during their infancy and toddler years fortified milk plus their diet is OK with me.

yes. sometimes we parents aren't sure if they are getting adequate nutrition with the food we feed them. vitamins are like a guarantee that they get the right amount of nutrients needed for their overall development.

vitamin supplements that have lysine can help with brain development and memory in kids. so if you're going to give them supplements find one that has lysine!
