I have a 7 year old and he is growing so fast, i was wondering if I should buy him bigger sizes of clothes so that he can grow in them. Clothes nowadays are just too expensive...

Yes they are! You should buy him clothes several sizes bigger. Anyway lose clothing is hip and in right now. This should save you money and time.

aside from that, you might also want to consider their eating habits ;)

You can also try buying clothes in thrift stores or stores like Target or Wal-Mart. Clothes there are so much cheaper compared to shopping in stores like JCPenny or Baby Guess.

I personally do not buy branded clothes to my kids. You're right at suggesting Target or Walmart for their clothes. They are of good price and the quality is OK.

Does your 7 year old have an older sibling? If he has one then perhaps you can recycle the hand-me-downs. This can bring down your cost dramatically.
