is there a breast pump that can give out more milk?

I'm not sure, it could be that it would hurt a bit but it does "harvest" more milk. but a lot of strain on the breast.

I used Medela before. It was an old manual one but quite reliable. There are new Medela models today that are electric and more efficient. You should try to do a google search on them

My suggestion is to try the electric ones. They come in cases so you can excise milk discretely anywhere. In my experience they are also more efficient in milking compared to manual pumps. Less messy too.

For me it does not matter if you use a manual or automatic pump. What you need to keep in mind is to pump when your breasts are full. This way you get the maximum amount of milk each time you pump.

jane is right. It does not make sense to pump unless your breasts are full. So instead of pumping whenever, pump when your breasts are full to maximize yeild.

I used an automatic one that was able to pump both my breasts at the same time. I liked it because it was efficient and if you're breasts are full then you can get lots of breast milk!
