What in the world was the host thinking? They had a baby shaped like a pinata. And of course the expectant mom had to bash it in to get the goodies inside. I was really sick looking at it and so was my wife!

as long as its safe and the mom to be is enjoying, i don't think that there is something to be worried of all the more be disgusted. I guess she was using a baseball bat for smashing. =p
