how do you make your toddler feel that they are loved without having to spoil them?

learn how and when to say no to your child. it's one thing that we parents sometimes find so hard to do especially when they already start to cry. just try to make your child understand why you are not giving him or her what he or she wants.

spoiling your child is not loving.

but kids know they are loved because they have your attention, your care, your guidance and your praises. A hug and a kiss can go a long way. A pat in the back for every good deed can do wonders. All of these are cheap and easy. No need to spend a dime.

i always praise my kids and talk to them a lot. spending quality time bonding is also important.

spoiling is giving in to their whims, not disciplining them, not teaching them manners. love is different because you want your child to turn out the best he or she can be.

love is ensuring that they turn out to be the best person they can be potentially. spoiling is letting them grow up without discipline or control.
