Summer is almost here and so is the dangers of heat exhaustion in kids. what signs do I need to look out for?

Signs are:

Cool, moist and pale skin
Rapid but weak heartbeat
Feeling faint and dizzy (you can tell by his/her look alone)
Nausea and headache (ask the child or if he/she complains)

Heat exhaustion symptoms include dizziness, muscle weakness, and nausea or vomiting.

I suggest keeping the kids indoor when it is hottest outside. Usually between 11 am to 3 pm. Turn the A/C on and just chill.
