A very common method used for choking is the heimlich maneuver. It's done diffrently for adults and for babies but has the same goal which is to expel the thing ir food that is causing the obstruction. |

if you're paranoid about choking I suggest you take up learning the Heimlich maneuver. I learned from the local clinic. |

My wife and I know the Heimlich too and also CPR. I think this is worth knowing especially if you have little ones about. |

Kids usually put small objects inside their mouths. So if you have small kids avoid giving them toys that fit inside their mouths. |
