im a recovering shopaholic. i am addicted to sales and bargains. i feel guilty that i spend hundreds of dollars on shopping because i have a growing family. i have been in therapy for my addiction. but recently i went on another spending binge.

just feeling guilty. :(

i feel the same way... it is really hard... but consistency and persistence can help you overcome the urge to splurge...

if you can afford it no need to be guilty. but if you've been in rehab for some reason, then i think you should go back again.

you can put the money to savings or trust funds for your kids instead of shoes... just saying.
