we just our 2nd baby and we wanted to transfer to a bigger house, is it a good time to move? with the economy today... im afraid of getting more debts.

so as long you have good credit scores i don't think you'll get any problem with buying a new house. but i would suggest invest in your kids education too. congratulations and good luck with finding that new house.

Having an addition to the family would mean more expenses... you might want to evaluate your new family expenses and pair it with your income and then decide if you would need to move to a bigger place.

no 1 question to ask is if you can afford to buy a new home. if you're able to manage your finances then go ahead. if not then there's always a next time.

this is a question of personal finances. do some calcuations if you can afford then decide. if you need help then the HUD can help you with this (if you're in the States).
