I don't know what I should do anymore. My kid has complete vaccination and I have been giving her vitamins as well. Even with that, she is still very vulnerable to infections. What else can I do to boost her immune system??

I suggest that you go see your doctor so your kid can be assessed. As you have mentioned you have been giving her vitamins already but it seems like it's not working...

is there a chance that your kids immune system is still in the works, i know prevention is better than cure but ive meet alot of very healthy folks and they always say that they were sickly when they was a kid.
