is color blindedness an indication of your child being dyslexic? my son is not very good with letters but he ain't that bad as well. but i noticed that he is having real hard time determining colors... can he be considered dyslexic??

if you ask me, i think your son is not dyslexic.
maybe he just really needs more time to get the colors right.
you mentioned that he is not having problems with the letters, so i think he is fine.
just be patient and you can do fun activities that can help him recognize colors.

i dont think so. there are other ways of knowing if a child is dyslexic or not and color blindness is not one of them.

well color blindness is more common to boys, even my son who is 14 sill has a hard time shades of color. to us its pretty simple but to the its the hardest part of life. Good thing that traffic lights are just 3 colors!
