Naps are important for your child's healthy mental and physical growth. A daily nap refreshes a child so that she can maintain her energy, focus, and ability to learn for the rest of the day. Studies show that children who nap are more flexible and adaptable, have longer attention spans, and are less fussy than those who don't nap.

Hi!
during my baby's first year, i never had any problems with letting her take naps. Eversince she turned 2, she just spends lesser nap time. She's just more engrossed with playing. Is that so bad?

] I have always believed that lesser nap times can bring fuller and deeper slumbers at night. I never really imposed it as a rule in the house to make my kids take naps. I never knew napping can also be beneficial.
