we all know that sleep is important for human beings. So does your kids get their 8 hours per day? Do you think it's alright to let them sleep in all the time?

They are allowed to sleep in during weekends. This is the time when I lift up the bed time curfew. On school nights they are in bed by 9 and up by 7 so yes they get their 8 hours.

As a mom, I make sure they get enough sleep. The children of this generation are different. They stay up late.

I remember when I was still young I would be tucked in bed by 8pm. 9 was already too late for me, and the only exceptions I am still up that late was when I had unfinished homework. Weekends are a different story.

Sleep is very important, not just the quantity but also the quality. So my kids get at least 8 hours everyday! I impose strict bedtimes which they all follow.
