what are the right kinds of vitamins, minerals and food that can naturally boost or develop our child's immune system?

babies who are breastfed have a stronger immune system. Serve them lots of fruits and vegetables and make sure they get lots of sleep. Also avoid second hand smoke.

All vitamins and minerals are essential for your growing child. I suggest you do not discriminate. However for the sake of this discussion, the following are good for the immune system:

- Vitamin C and E
- Bioflavenoids
- Carotenoids
- Zinc
- Omega 3 fatty acids
- Selenium
