my husband likes to play contemporary music to our baby but I only like to play classical music. do you think my baby will become confused with the different types of music he hears?

LOL! its ok to play different types of music. I dont think baby will mind as they find noises entertaining and it exercises their auditory nerves.

I just turn the radio on and put it on a station that has all kinds of music playing all day long. I dont think baby will mind. they are still distinguishing sound but perhaps later on he or she will have a preference.

I like contemporary music better than classical and besides contemporary or POP music makes kids want to dance. they are so cute!

IMO, any music will do...babies love any kind of music! I used to play Santana and Mozart to my kids...

IMO, any type of music is OK for baby. Just dont play those metal ones. hahahah!

I always find that fast music or pop makes my baby bounce. it's like he wants to dance so I prefer this one over classical.

Marie - December 12th, 2010 3:45 AM

yeah! i noticed that pop music makes them want to dance!

kim444 - December 15th, 2010 4:01 AM

i let them listen to all kinds of music including classical. this way they dont get bored with just one kind of music!

TWINKLE - December 19th, 2010 10:19 AM

btw, just dont play hard rock or metal to your baby... he might end up deaf or learn curse words! :D
