i am so exhausted already! I have a 2month-old baby and I really want to look after her. I never realized how difficult it is, until now. I'm not getting any sleep at all... she is awake all night... I'm not sure if i'm doing the right thing... help!!!

I've been there, and yes it's NEVER easy. What I did was I get a little nap everytime my baby is asleep. In that way I could stay awake when sh'e awake. Small frequent feeding can also help.

Try to create an environment that is conducive for sleeping. Try to also use various sleeping techniques until you find the arrangement that your child is comfortable with.

I was able to do a routine that helped me a lot. i wash her during the afternoon, to make her feel comfortable, and then i do the feeding (and oh! small frequent feeding really helps) a nice warm milk can soothe your baby. Make your room a relaxing place to sleep. a nice soft humming or lullaby can wrap up everything.

I can so relate! what i did before was i usually would feed my little one before I hit the sack that at times I had to awaken him so I can breastfeed. That way we both enjoyed a longer uninterrupted sleep. :)
