I've noticed that for the past 2 weeks my baby has been having a hard time passing out his stool. What can we give to babies for easier passage? Medication would be my last resort. help anyone?

I suggest you let your baby drink some water. Water softens stool. If he is still two weeks then im guessing that he is purely on milk? Give him some water and it should be OK in a few days.

A natural laxative for babies is prune juice preferably with pulp. You can just feed a 6-month old baby with about 2 tablespoon of that... but you'll have to dilute it with water.
